So some of you want to know about the questions and answers that were discussed at the Women's Conference, so here it goes.
~~One woman wanted to know about potty training and Kate's answer was to try the M&M reward system (like she did on the show) and to remember they will do it when they are ready! Boys take a little longer!
~~There were a lot of college students there who were in love with the show! I was kind of surprised!
~~The question about how long the show would continue for was a question that was asked several times.
They said that they renew their contract by season and that they sit down as a family and talk about it. They ask the kids how they feel about it.
~~They were also asked if they have a lot of people seek them out when they are in public.
Kate said that she did not have time for autographs and chit chat because she was continuously counting the kids and trying to keep them from running off or having a meltdown.
Jon said that he liked the attention!
~~One woman wanted advice for her daughter who wants a large family in the future.
Kate said to go to college and get a degree first! Then start a family.
~~Would they change anything if they could.......would she go back and do it again.
Kate said that it took some time but she would go back and do it again. She didn't used to think so but she was to the point now where she could say she would do it again.
There were a couple of women there who said that there kids looked or acted like certain ones of theirs.
~~They were asked about their faith and when they became Christians.
They said that they are a family and they have these 8 blessings from God and that they are at their church every Sunday and they pray with the kids. I can't remember when Kate said that she became a Christian, but Jon said right before he and Kate were married.
When Jon and Kate walked out there was a huge applause for Jon! I found this interesting because I have never seen him in this way. I always just saw him as Jon!
They acted just like Jon and Kate. I think that the couple that we see on TV is truy who they are.
Well, that is about all I can remember. I hope this helps, Becky!

Prayer Request!
Todd spent a lot of his childhood days living in Germany. He has a friend that he has reconnected with from those days named Josh. Josh and his wife have a little girl who is about 2 years old. We went down to Tampa to visit with them during the summer and they told us that they were expecting again. Todd talked to Josh Saturday night and he told Todd that they spent most of the day Friday at the hospital because Beth had been having contractions. She's only 19 weeks and not due until February. Please keep Josh, Beth, Emma and the baby in your prayers.

Football!!
Zach won his first football game Saturday! I think that he is really enjoying it. He plays offense the first half and defense the second half. His head coach is really a nice guy. We are enjoying sitting on the sidelines and just watching and not having any part of the coaching or team mom roles.
Todd is so busy with school that we can hardly spend any time together in the evening. He has been having a lot of homework. He only has 3 more semsters.
Morgan has a big day today. We have made the decision to send her back to public school. She actually had to take 2 test to see if she was on grade level and she is! That made me feel really good! I think that she is really nervous, but we feel that it is the right thing to do right now.
Savannah has a TON of homework to do every night also. She is struggling with spelling this year, but the new reading program is a little more difficult, I think that she will get it. We are jsut going to have to study a little more. She has a great teacher and other than spelling seems to really enjoy school.
Zachary is doing well in school. I have been really surprised by the fact that he is doing as well as the girls did at this age. He is loving football! He has practice three days a week and games on Saturday morning, so that keeps us super busy.
The kids get report cards next Monday, so we are anxious to see what they made! (Get your money ready Papa!!)
I am knee deep in everything! School work is keeping me busy, I have an observation in Pine Level that I am doing, I am Box Top Coordinator and in charge of the yearbook at Savannah's school, and I try to sub when I can to make some extra Christmas money!
I really can't wait for things to slow down! We sold the last three puppies over the weekend! It was sad to see them go, but it will be so nice to return to a normal life!!
My brother called a few weeks ago and they are having a little boy in February!!

Busy, Busy, Busy!!
Well, between school, the kid's school, puppies, football practice, church, housework, and well you know the list can go on and on, I have not had much time to blog.
Zach had his first football game this past Saturday! He did so well!! I have waited for 6 years for my boy to play football! I hope that he enjoyed playing it as much as I enjoyed watching him. I will try to post some pictures.
Savannah is doing pretty good in school. We are learning that third grade is A LOT more work than second grade!!
Zach is also doing good in school. He is reading right on grade level. He acts like he doesn't like school, but he really does!
Morgan's homeschooling days are coming to an end. We have decided to put her back into school. I think that there are pretty good choices for sixth grade at the Intermediate School. I just hope that they don't give us a hard time putting her in public.
Well, Todd is needing help with homework, so I am going to close.
